What is FitENERGY ?

A nutritional supplement based on carbohydrates, caffeine and taurine to improve performance during training.

What is FitENERGY for?

To provide energy through ergogenic substances and carbohydrates of low to medium glycemic index.

-Lactose-free
-Mix of carbohydrates (maltodextrin, isomaltulose, isomaltulose (“palatinose”, waxy maize and D-ribose)
-Contains Taurine
-Contains Caffeine

How does FitENERGY work?

Maltodextrine + palatinose (isomaltulose) + waxy maize

The combination of maltodextrin, palatinose, waxy maize and D-ribose provides a high-quality energy supply, allowing the energy to be released gradually, providing a better performance during training.

Taurine

Studies show that the taurine decreases muscle pain after exercise, improving the physical performance of both beginners and athletes, allowing for a more intense training.

D-ribose

D-ribose is an important pentose in the composition of cells. It acts in the production of ATP (cellular energy), accelerating its production, being a great ally in the post-training phase, because of its fast absorption, being directly taken to the bloodstream. Athletes benefit from fast energy intake before training without elevating glucose concentration and preserving cellular energy levels. Due to its versatility, D-ribose is combined to other substances in the formulation, making FitEnergy a complete product.

Caffeine

Caffeine is notoriously an ergogenic supplement that increases the plasma concentration of β-endorphin, improving performance during training being processed more efficiently by the body than coffee itself, according to an article published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, 2010.

How to user

It is recommended to dilute 2 (two) measures (40g) of FitEnergy in 200ml of water. Consume before training or as per professional orientation.
